MOBILE HOMEOWNERS
DWELLING FIRE
Our Standard Fire Policy provides protection for buildings other than a primary residence. These buildings include tenant dwellings, cabins, etc. Coverage on fire policies can be extended beyond simple fire and lightning protection.
LANDLORD PACKAGE
The Landlord Protection Package is designed for 1-4 family tenant occupied dwellings
issued at Basic, Broad or Special form. This policy provides enhanced coverage options,
increased liability options, and automatic coverage limits for Other Structures and
Loss of Rents.
FARMOWNERS
Farmowners policies and Tenant policies provide protection from multiple perils for not only your home but also your farm machinery, animals, outbuildings and liability. Additional farm acreage, with or without buildings, can be added to your Farmowners package.
BUSINESSOWNERS
The Businessowners policy is a package insurance program specifically designed to meet the needs of today's small and medium sized business. Under this program, coverage is available for offices, apartments, retailers, and service operations.
A Mobile Homeowners policy is a package policy like the Homeowners policy with similar perils coverage.

GENERAL LIABILITY
The General Liability program is a monoline insurance program that provides liability
protection should suit against you occur. Coverage options include vacant land,
cemetery associations, churches, 1-4 family rental properties, seasonal dwellings
and camps, mobile home parks, farm and other commercial exposures.
INLAND MARINE
Inland Marine policies allow you to specifically insure an item that is not covered or has limited coverage under your homeowners policy. These policies are designed to provide customized physical damage coverage on a variety of individual property items.
FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM
